This thin (3mm) and lightweight high-density yoga mat offers a slip-resistant surface and enables you to gain more confidence while transitioning to another pose. Plus, it is easy to carry to let you practice anywhere you want and can be machine washed at 40 degrees. The mat has been tested as free from harmful substances to Oeko Tex Level 1.
